Apple Crumble

Ingredients

3 Cooking Apples

50g Caster Sugar

Crumble

280g Self Raising Flour

170g Margarine

120g Caster Sugar

Method
  1. Preheat the oven to 160C(Fan).

  2. Rub the Margarine into the Flour and Sugar.

  3. Slice the Apples, and layer them into the bottom of your dish, sprinkling each layer with sugar.

  4. Spread the Crumble Mix over the top of the Apples, pressing down slightly.

  5. Bake for 40 minutes, until crumble is golden brown.
