Banana Bread

Ingredients

300g Plain Flour

2g Salt

5g Baking Soda

60g Brown Sugar

100g Butter

2 Eggs - Beaten

5 Bananas - Mashed

Method
  1. Pre-heat oven to 150C(Fan), and grease and line 2lb loaf tin.

  2. Sieve together Flour, Salt and Baking Soda into a large mixing bowl.

  3. In a separate bowl, Cream Butter and Sugar, and Stir in the Eggs and Bananas.

  4. Combine the Flour and Banana mix.

  5. Bake for 45-60min. (If the top of your bread is cooking too fast, loosely wrap in a sheet of tinfoil to stop it from burning.)

  6. Cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
