Banana Bread
Ingredients
300g Plain Flour
2g Salt
5g Baking Soda
60g Brown Sugar
100g Butter
2 Eggs - Beaten
5 Bananas - Mashed
Method

Pre-heat oven to 150C(Fan), and grease and line 2lb loaf tin.

Sieve together Flour, Salt and Baking Soda into a large mixing bowl.

In a separate bowl, Cream Butter and Sugar, and Stir in the Eggs and Bananas.

Combine the Flour and Banana mix.

Bake for 45-60min. (If the top of your bread is cooking too fast, loosely wrap in a sheet of tinfoil to stop it from burning.)

Cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
