Ingredients

250g Butter

½Cup Cocoa Powder

1½Cup Sugar

4 Eggs

1tsp Vanilla Essence

1Cup Plain Flour

1tsp Baking Powder

 

Decoration (Optional)

100g Milk Chocolate

1pk Mini Eggs

1pk Mini Marshmallows

50g White Chocolate

Chocolate Brownies

Method

Preheat oven to 160C (Fan), Grease and Line tin.

  1. Melt Butter in a large saucepan. 

  2. Mix in Cocoa Powder, remove from the heat and stir in Sugar.

  3. Allow to cool slightly before adding the Eggs, mix well then add Vanilla.

  4. Sift in the Flour and Baking Powder, mix to combine, transfer mixture to prepared tin.

  5. Bake for 20-25 min, Cool in Tin.​

If decorating, after the brownie has cooled, melt the Milk chocolate and spread over brownies. while the ​chocolate is still wet, sprinkle with the Mini Eggs and Marshmallows. Melt White Chocolate and drizzle over the top.
