Shortcrust Pastry

Ingredients

250g Plain Flour

150g Butter

2 Egg Yolks

Method
  1. Sift the Flour into a bowl, rub in the Butter until it resembles breadcrumbs.

  2. Add the Egg Yolks and mix to form a soft ball.  If the dough isn't coming together, add a little cold water.

  3. Wrap in clingfilm and store in the fridge for 10 minutes - 1 hour.
