Chocolate Brownies

For any chocaholics like me out there, you are going to love these brownies, full of chocolate, covered in chocolate and with even more chocolate on top.
I used a fairly simple recipe for the brownies. The whole mix is made in one saucepan and then poured into your tray, so hardly any washing up, which is always a plus in my book.
The real magic is in the toppings, you can use any of you fave sweets on this, just spread some melted chocolate on top and stick on anything you fancy, I went for mini eggs and marshmallows with a drizzle of white chocolate on top.
They went down a treat with my hubby and kids, both boys even went in and stole an extra one out of the kitchen, can't say i blame them I'm heading out now to make a nice cup of tea and have at least 2 more.
